Anyone know if there is a Waterproof hoodless shorty made to fit right over the W1? Can't seem to find anything on their website.

Waterproof offers the W1 and W2 icevests, however, each have integrated HAVS hoods. There are no hoodless options currently offered. Also, our apologies for the LOOOONG, delay in response.

Unfortunately, Waterproof USA only offers the W1 and W2 icevests with integrated hoods. There is no availability in the US of a non-hooded icevest.
