Hi Scuba Board! Got certified while backpacking in Thailand in 2015, and soon after started a desk job in the Philippines. I've only recently started diving again, but hoping to find a financially friendly way to dive regularly. Any tips?

Hi ya here in the Philippines as well. Where do you live? Im here at SUBIC and dive as much as I can. We have some good wreck diving here.

Hi Ed, I live in Quezon City. Didn't know we had wreck dives in Subic. I just did my first night dive in Anilao yesterday and wreck is definitely next on the bucket list. What center do you dive out of in Subic?

Hi Gi0, I dive out of Treasure Island Dive center in Baloy. It is owned by a Korean with a great Filipino staff. Diving here basically comes down to with family or not. Arizona Resort has one of the best operations here. However, at this time of year they operate off a floating dive center attached to the floating bar. This means that when you return from your dives you have to navigate your way back to shore by going through the floating bar full of half dressed bar girls. For me, I dive with my 12 yo daughter so not the best choice and it bothers the wife as well. That is why I dive out of TI Dive. If you find yourself coming down this way let me know and we can meetup and go dive.
