I dont do anything to them, they are the only ones like that in the world.

I took a drill bit, intended for drilling through metal, I believe 1/4" in diameter. I used just the tip of that to drill shallow depressions around the outside of the spool of my reel, and also a few spots on each cookie and arrow. It took very little time, and makes it very easy to tactily identify my directional gear.

So anyhow, what do you all do to your markers?

One easy way that I've seen is to drill pattern of holes in your arrows and cookies.

I pee on mine...

On a more serious note, I engrave my initials into the corners of my arrows and "marchand" across the center of my cookies.

that *is* really easy if you have a drill, but at the time i was marking mine i didn't.

now i do, though. real women have drills!

I bought some beautiful translucent acrylic cookies and arrows from a guy who offered to make them on TDS. They're kind of mango colored, and have my initials laser engraved in them. Or they would have, except for some reason the guy got mixed up, and put "LH" instead of "LF" on the markers. Still, I know they're mine!
