How long for warranty service?

I just sent in my SS Nemo to get fixed ... not exactly what is wrong with it (something with the LCD)

all that aside I was curious as to about how long it should take to get look at and repaired

also ... as an aside how hard is it to get another band extender ... mine disappeared while teaching my last open water class

I would anticipate 2 weeks for your Nemo to return to you. It could be sooner but I'm a believer in underpromise and overdeliver. Please PM me your address and we'll send you an extender in the mail.
