Just curious...what would this severely used XDeep be worth? Specs: "like the 3rd one in the US" per seller, had enough use to blow out the lower node stitching completely, the butt plate needs rebuilding as all screws on the rails are loose and worn, all bladder seals(OPV, corrugated hose to bladder gasket) are hard, power inflator is shot (inflator button sticks down), the BCD zipper was mis aligned that has teeth that fell off as was too worn, all webbing and attachment bits are so worn the black dye is gone in many spots, the velcro on the weight pouch is weak, the corrugated hose has cracking on every rib and deep cracking at both ends, has a well over 500 dives on it per seller. They also say it only needs a $10 sew job to fix it up...."maybe replace all the webbing if you want to but only if you want softer webbing or a different color."

Ah, $40 for the weight pocket? Though not if the velcro is shot.
But I already have a stealth tech, don't need the door handle patch and replaced my waist spine patch with smaller hardware from SumpUK and your description of the bladder etc is not encouraging.

Seller wants $285 (includes shipping)...says it surely goes for $400 on Ebay after the $10 sewing job...the $285 is a "friend" price, big discount.

From looking at old posts it looks like you're starting in sidemount and looking for a different rig.
Stealth system is very nice, particularly its weight pocket. The rest is after all a harness and bladder. As mentioned I've replaced most of my harness bits. But the bladder and spine weight pocket are a good system.

You could salvage the harness from that ebay. Not sure the XDeep replacement policy on bladders. If I was just using it in the pool and had redundancy (as sidemount does, and being caution on being planted to the bottom overweighted with a failed wing and no air) I might try it. I think it is a $300 gamble on throwing it away or having to buy a new bladder, and the cover still being worn out.

You might look at the Deco harness (~$150); or webbing plus bits from SumpUK but that is more setup. Plus XDeep spine pocket ($90), and a new XDeep wing classic/rec/tech. Or just the deco bladder ($140) depending on lift needs. I think that is a much better deal than this bit of worn out stuff.
