BTW, I have a lot of respect for the IUCRR. I did some volunteering for them briefly a few years ago and there is no question that this organization and the volunteers who work with the IUCRR and especially those wonderful guys who roll out in the hopes of doing rescues but who too often have to do recoveries, are the best. It's a thankless job recovering divers who in some cases may be people they know. I don't know if I could do it. This last recovery must have been especially tough. They go anywhere and do whatever it takes. And I thank them for the job they do.

I'd would work with them again and volunteer to collate all this accident info and publish it in a heartbeat if asked (although I doubt I would be asked) because this type of info is too important to be hidden from sight.
