How to find the "Report" button...

Android here too. In portrait mode, the word Menu if touched provides a drop down box with Report as the only option. (If it is MY post, the options may include Edit.) In landscape mode, the Menu word turns into Report.

You can also report a Member from their Profile page - near the top - right side.

No, not the menu at the top left, on the line with Inbox and Alerts, but rather the menu at the left bottom of the specific post, just the right of "5 minutes ago."
