Anyone know of a hydrostatic testing facility in B.C. (probably Lower Mainland) with the equipment and licence needed to recertify steel tanks to 10% over pressure ("+" rating)?

On a related note - does anyone know what shops in Vancouver have the capability or lack of capability to overfill '+' tanks?

I'm curious if it's common enough to warrant me looking for tanks that can be used as such.

IDC on Arbutus and 10th can supply air fills to 3500, 100% o2 up to 3000 and if you want, He fills as well. Call first and go in early if possible (when the banks are full).
