I cannot upload a picture in a post

Sorry to bother you again, but I tried to upload a picture in a post using both from my computer and the picture gallery but a window keeps popping up in the middle of the post window that tells me that the upload of such and such file failed. I tried to do it using internet explorer but it did not work. I cannot post a screen shot right now, if I can figure out how to do it I will post it later.

ps. I was able to upload the same picture in another scuba forum so it looks like that there must a glitch in your system.

Yes I deleted the cookies and it worked!
