I can't start a conversation

Hello,

I'm trying to start a conversation with @Eric Sedletzky but it isn't working. I've had conversations with him before on SB but now it isn't working. What gives?

He can initiate a convo, but he's turned off the ability for anyone else to initiate a convo with him. I hope this helps.
