Ike housing + Oly TTL converter, someone did it?Help!

I just bought a new Ikelite housing for my C-5050. The housing has the Ike TTL system but my strobe is Z-240. I thought to connect it with a sync cord to the housing and getting a TTL support by changing the Ike TTL converter with the Oly TTL converter produced by Mike from digital adapter. He was very nice and He thinks is doable. Is there anybody who did it? What are your suggestions? I'm scared to make a disaster.
