What's involved in becoming active again?

Is it just shop affiliation, current first aid, CPR, and O2 plus pay SSI dues + insurance or is there more to it?

(Not planning on becoming active again, just an academic questions)

Thanks

I'm re-certifying someone who was inactive DCS for six years. She has to do parts of the current DCS course (bolded in the DCS training folders) plus the things you've listed and a medical exam and signoff.

You can get a definitive answer by emailing SSI with your vitals--probably Jerri Shelley, diverleader@divessi.com, but the email details are available on divessi.com.

If it's been more than a few years they will also be issuing you a new number.
