Question insert mp4 from media into a post?

As per the title: is there a way to insert this as media?

If you want to upload a video, do so on youtube and link it here.
Storing mp4 on the board would rapidly fill up the diskspace and that's a no-go.

OK, thanks, but since I already have it uploaded to SB, that's really a non-answer.

(You mean xenforo has "media library" but no upload quotas per user? Oh-kaaay...)

In that case I will check the media settings and turn off video uploads.

They may not work anymore already: I made that one a while back and I think I tried uploading another since, and failed.
