Install rings for Dry suit?

I had these on my old dry suit before it went into repair. Any tips on how to get the inner ring in? Seems impossible lol

Viking rings? If so, the hard plastic ring goes on the inside of your seal. Adjust so enough wrist length remains. Put rubber outer cuff on top.

That what I figured but how far back? I'll keep working at it but wasn't sure if there was a trick to make it easier to get in

A little liquid soap or personal lubricant helps.

Here ya go. I used them with DUI silicone zip seals, but it will be the same.

There are a number of screw on or press on systems. I use Kubi now. Just sold my Viking rings. I love how much smaller the Kubi rings are (small wrists).
