Agree. Nice that the Court decided something most of us had known for a long time. Of course the legal process had to be initiated to achieve this decision. Kudos to the former Minister of the Environment for Australia for getting this started.

I have no problem with humans hunting animals for food ("sport" is a different issue), but I prefer they do not target sentient, social animals in that pursuit.
 
At last a sensible decision - but I wonder how long before Japan publishes some more papers and 'research' in order to justify starting up again.

Now just need to convince the Norwegians and Icelanders to stop as well. - P
