intro to cave dive spots in europe

Hi,

I am recently certified intro to cave diver and I am looking for any dive spots for that level in center or east europe. Do you know if there are any mines or easy caves approperiate for that level? Especially to also practice more line laying before next trip to mexico.
I am from Poland so any dive spots in this part of the world are welcome.
