Is it possible to correct blurring ?

Hi, while diving in a deep pool, my son took me a photo with my camera through one of the deep pool windows. It's an old Minolta Dimage 7 camera. The pic is blurred.
Is it possible to correct the blur ?
I've seen an article about algorithms for de-blurring images, but is it already implemented in a tool ?

IMO there is nothing you can do about a blurry image. You can sharpen it a bit, but ultimately it will still be blurry.

Actually there is a way to help out blurry images. It depends, of course, on how blury it is. There is a plugin for PS called Focus Magic. It was developed as a forensic tool, using a algorithm called deconvolution. You can download a demo, or send me the original file (not downsized) at bgbarrelridr@yahoo.com and i will fix it for you. I actually use this plugin for all my trophy photos at 1 pixel strength, and use a little less sharpening.
