My wife an I are going to Nassau in December. We would like to stay at this inn www.orangehill.com as it is a bit more secluded from the main area. We were considering renting bikes while we were there, but are not sure how bike friendly Nassau is.

Is it pretty easy to bike around there? How far is Cable beach from the orange hill inn? The inn is supposed to be a few minutes from the airport.

out there maybe not to bad, but there is not alot of supervision of the way ppl drive there, and I would not ride one in town, it is dangerous there for pedestrians and there is a ton of traffic

Is cable beach part of the town area? We're kinda torn at where we want to stay. My wife wants to be at one of the bigger places and I want to be off a little farther away from people.

What have been people's experiences there?

Cable Beach is outside of Nassau with some hotels around the Crystal Casino and Resort (I think it is now a Radisson or Wyndam, it's changed a few times) It is a beautiful beach. I think the Orange Hill Inn is in this general vicinity.

Because of the nature of the roads and traffic, I don't know that I would ride a bike there
