The PADI requirement is 40 dives to start and 60 to finish your DM but to answer your question in my opinion not close to enough dives. I also feel that the 100 dive requirement for instructor is way to low if you subtract out your training dives it took you to get the certifications you need to start DM or instructor you don't have much real world experience. Spend your money on some trips and build your knowledge through some experience in different environments.
