Looking for a somewhat complete, used package to practice on until I save up enough for my dream camera.

I would like to stay under $1000 for a camera and housing, and although I do have some preferences I am open to suggestions!

Located in Canada (for shipping purposes).

Thanks!

I got my mirrorless (Olympus OM-D E-M10) for $400, used, on my local CraigsList.

Then I got a Meikon housing for it for about $250. It doesn't look like they offer that housing anymore, but they have one for the E-M5 II.

For Olympus

If you shop around, you should be able to get what you need for well under $1000.

i shoot mine with the Meikon wet wide angle lens and it gets decent results. It is also my "practice package" until I can get my dream camera. :)
