My wife and I are going to Kauai in August. We've heard good things about the Bubbles Below dive shop, so we booked a trip with them.

How about shore diving? Any recommendations on sites? Are the shore dives relatively safe, or are there tough currents?

It is our first time in Kauai, so we're trying to find out anything we can.

Very limited shore diving. Best is up north where currents can be tricky.

Linda at Bubbles Below (only op I dive with) can direct you.

Have fun.

PS: Be sure to do the Niihau trip.
