Kudos on the Suunto computer bungee mount

A quick thumbs up on your Suunto wrist computer bungee mount.
I had been struggling with putting the pins down on top of bungeee
with my old Vytec for a couple of years.. sooner or later I would have
lost a pin or lost the whole computer. Now I've got something
that really works.

Amusingly, a guy at my dive shop (a Suunto shop) had been
using your mounts for years, but didn't feel politically comfortable recommending
you to Suunto owners. He only 'fessed up when
I showed up with the new mount.

Totally agree, DSS bungee mounts are the best thing since sliced bread. I've been using them for some years on all my computers, bar Petrel, and compasses and they are the first thing I recommend to anyone buying a compute/gauge etc for which there is a DSS mount available. Spring straps, DSS bungee mounts and slap straps are always the first upgrades I recommend to new divers.

Not sur how I missed your post until now, but thank you for the kind words. We sell a great deal of mounts for Suunto Instruments. I wasn't aware of any political problems, dive shops never cease to surprise me.
