Just wanted to pass on a big thanks to Karl at SeaLife-- I had a bunch of questions so I gave him a call (856-866-9191) and he took about 15 minutes out of his busy day to square me away on batteries, white balance, settings, etc....
Great customer service! :D

Karl has taken care of me as well. Several issues with my DC 1000 and the shutter release button jamming. Each time he has sent a replacement housing. I'm still having issues but he continues to take care of me.
