    It was for a while available on youtube, with a lot of the original footage.

    No, lifeline was a short (40min) film designed by Bibby to circulate around the industry, clients, etc. It was never intended as anything other than a corporate explanation of the incident

    ‘Last Breath’ is a full drama/documentary made for the BBC/Netflix by the same production company that was hired in to make Lifeline, with recreations of the incident that wasn’t recorded at the time.
