?? Lavacore...Need some assistance please

I sent an email through your website over a week ago and a PM through here a week ago and have yet to receive a reponse. I have a pair of Lavacore gloves that didn't even make it through one full dive trip before ripping a two inch tear along the seam. Please respond to my email or PM at your earliest convenience. I have another dive trip coming up.

Many manufacturers do not look at this forum very often,... some do. A lot of manufacturers will only work with/ through their dealers. Have you tried to take the gloves back to the dealer from which you bought them? You may get further that way.
