Terima kasih banyak Datuk Musa!!

"environmentally friendly" toilets and shelters ?

Heee.. I can imagine just paying RM5 for a simple hole in the sand (with tissue paper for RM2) and attap huts for shelter.

Terima kasih banyak Datuk Musa!!

you mean thank u Mr prime minister...? Datuk Musa is the one who got the public lashing from the Prime Minister for this whole fiasco... You think he would have cancelled the construction if the PM didn't find out and he wasn't publicly humiliated????

"Lashing" publicity to the nation....

I already sent a "thank you" note to the PM but you need to understand local politics in Malaysia. Datuk Musa was the one that stopped the process in the first place to "study the situation". In reality, he was just smacking the Parks people upside their head but it bought some time. He did eventually decide to proceed with the project and, as you say, got a public lashing from the PM. But Datuk Musa has enough power that he could have ignored the advice of the PM and gone ahead with the building the Walmart & Holiday Inn (ummmm, minor exaggeration) but he didn't. He had the courage to change his mind and back out of the process. For that, I thank him.

Sabah Parks will be re-organised and will be incorporated into a private limited company. Fees into Sipadan will increase to make profit. Soon, Sabah Parks Bhd will be listed in MESDAQ.
