I'm a Fish!
Kayak Diving Seminar & Open Water kayak practice.

When:

Saturday March 19th @ 4:00pm

OW Sunday March 20th @1:00pm

Where:

Florida Underwater Sports in Sarasota

6345 South Tamiami Trail
Sarasota, Florida 34231

Divemaster Mike Miller will be conducting a free kayak diving seminar. Learn what to look for in a diving yak, how to configure it, and all the tricks of kayak diving. Why kayak diving? Kayak diving opens up a greater range of diving, opening up areas that would be prohibitively far to swim from shore and saves on air consumption and eliminates long surface swims. An open water practice session will be conducted on Sunday, March 20th at 1:00pm @ Bird Key park.
For more information contact Mike Miller (sh@rkw@tcher) at

This might be a stupid question but we don't need a kayak right? Your just going to show us yours?

Not only will I be bringing my kayak to the classroom part of the seminar so everyone can see how mine is setup, but also to the open water part to demonstrate on, and for those without kayaks, to in turn, practice water entry and reboarding on. If you have a kayak, you're encouraged to bring it to the open water session.
