Legend LX Yoke to Din conversion

Hi,

I purchase Legend LX Supreme regulators (yoke) for my wife and I two years ago. I took my reg in to LDS to have it converted to Din. After waiting all winter, I got the reg back and it severely leaked air. I took it back to the dive shop and they couldn't fix it so they tried to second conversion kit. This also didn't work. The owner of the dive shop tried to explain the problem as being do to the screw not seating properly because it was to long. Is there a problem with the conversion kits?

Seems my local shop tried to install a Din conversion kit for pre 2011 legends; part number 129227. Anyone know what the correct part number is for newer legends. I got mine in 2014.

Warning, I am not a reg tech but according to the gray box, its covered in the Technical Bulletin 38.

Ya, I noticed this and forwarded the dive shop a copy last night. I also suggested they check out bulletin #38.
