My son and a friend dove the tunnel/trenches at Shaw's and encountered a sm leopard shark which had a foreign object entangled around its neck like a noose. (My gimpy back was acting up so I didn't go on this one.) They tried to catch the shark but it took off...nonetheless if you get a chance... cut the 'noose' off as it seems to be harming the shark. One of those dive shears or a trilobite would have been ideal for this situation. Viz was pretty mediocre with silt and particulates (see video) even though waves and surge were low.
