I've got some Light and Motion lights on my bike, they're a great company to deal with. (The bike lights aren't submersible, but they're rainproof.)

There was a firmware bug*, and they upgraded my Urban 180 lumen light to 300 lumen free of charge, no shipping. It's mounted on my bike helmet and I've nicknamed it "The Death Ray". It stops cars. Anyway, they make exceptional lights and if I'm not mistaken they're all made in the US.

*It happens; at a previous job I made a firmware error, long story short someone had to shoot a tiger.
