I bought a new Gobe 500 , upon arriving the light would not charge. I purchased it directly from Light and motion. They wanted me to pay for shipping both ways even though the light never worked! Four phone calls and numerous emails brought total frustration. Only after establishing a fraud dispute wih my credit card company , they then accepted a return. Light and motion has the worst customer service ever. Also the lanyard was basically a shoe string . The charger was made of the cheapest plastic imaginable.
