I agree totally with the clone/heal thing...I do so little of it usually that I forget it is one thing that I use Photoshop for. I've done a little bit in LR, but Photoshop wins that hands down for sure.
The option for a different browser is good to know. Some of my wedding photog buddies use different ones so there are a few out there to choose from. I haven't tried anything else coz I usually stick the card in the reader then go wash my gear or have a snack - speed isn't the top priority for me!
