Loading Spearguns on Deck Allow or Not

I don't allow loaded guns on the vessel or on the surface, going down or coming up. I agree with Pat, a call to USCG would be in order.
 
When we have a loaded gun above the surface, we play a little game we call "fetch". Needless to say, we don't play fetch too often.
 
Load and Unload during descent and ascent. I had one guy come to the surface with a loaded gun. He spent the rest of the day taking pictures and I am sure he put the money that should have been my tip towards a new speargun....
 
a loaded speargun on deck is about as stupid as it comes. good for this captain. the owner should know better.
