Log TRAK issues on MAC

[Shedd MMD]

So I have bought the Meridian (partially because of Brand Loyalty, and partially because of MAC Compatibility)
The problem "I" am having is trying to save location information. After I enter the location info, and say move down to the next dive, the info just goes away.
Also, when I launch the program, I see a really quick error message pop up and then go away very very quickly. I can't read what it says. I have uninstalled and reinstalled several times. Anyone else have problems like these?
