long hose

wanting to put my 5' hose on my proton ice - is there a bushing to adapt my hose to the bigger port - or where can i get a hose that fits
other than that i really love this reg - for sure more comfy and breathes better than my envoy

You can get a 1/2" long hose from ScubaToys that fits the 1st stage and 2nd stage - just make sure you tell them it is for a Mares (has a thinner wall to avoid the DFC Tube

Or buy a thin wall 1/2" to 3/8" adapter and put it on the 1st stage.

And I think Mares actually makes a 7' hose (but it is "pricey").

Good call on the hose or adapter option. FYI we are currently not offering extended hoses, althought they can be found by other vendors, you just have to ask your LDS.
