I've never seen a BA with an air barrel like that-not even a picture. Cool.
I haven’t taken the Delrin orifice out yet but when I do I’ll measure OD, it seems like the inside dimensions of the air barrel is smaller, all although the length is the same. Can’t imagine they could trim that much outside material off and still have the same inside dimension.
 
I do have one tee that I bought from VDH, do they make one for the lager exhaust valve do you know?
They do not. But no matter, have a look at the picture I posted. With a little effort (less than required with the stock hard rubber tee) the VDH tee will fit over that flange.

If the diagram is to be believed, the Delrin orifice o-ring is a s/p -132 = a -902. Pretty much the same as all SP adjustable orifices. Come to think of it, that Delrin orifice (11.195.110) is found in the R190 series second stages.
