Looking for a school in Las Vegas.

Hello everyone,
I am looking for recommendations. I have a couple of schools in mind and will be visiting them in the near future. What, if any, shops do any of you use and why? It doesn't have to be Las Vegas. Henderson or Boulder City will work too.
