Looking for english open water certification in Kobe/Kansai Japan

Hi everyone!

I was certified a long time ago by SSI as an open water and enriched air nitrox diver. But I have neglected it and haven't renewed my certification in almost 10 years. Now that I am in Japan, I want to get back into scuba diving.

I was looking around for english certification locations, but I have not found any. Does anyone know of a place that offers open water certification in the Kansai area that is taught in english? Even though I have been certified before, I want to retake the entire class becasue i probably forgot many important things.

There was an instructor in that area. Not sure if it was still the case.... flights to Okinawa are also dirt cheap.

Otherwise, if you do not mind coming to Izu, Kanto, happy to help you out as well.
