looking for fast donning bc that will accommodate pony and safety equipment

I need to locate a company (i saw the rig setup, can't remember where) that manufactures a SAR rig, that has the pony mounted in front. I believe it's a horse collar type bc. Does anyone know of such a rig?

They also have their 911 and SAR models but they don't have the front mounted bottle.
