Looks way too narrow to be 18L

I have AL "narrow" but taller 18L tank and regular wider and shorter 18L tanks. The narrow tall 18l tanks are a pain.
 
I think so too, based on the pics, but I'll see them in person in a couple weeks.
They're not great for single tank diving if that's what you're looking to do with it. They're about the size of a LP120.
Can you even get these filled in the States?
 
Hard to say without the valve in the picture. Standard 18l/220 bar tanks are around 20 kg though.

@berndo technically yes for personal use, but its a giant hassle to try and get a dive shop to fill them without a hydro stamp. a DOT hydro recertifier cannot legally stamp these because they are not DOT approved. if you have your own compressor, then its all on you. same situation as dealing with those add helium ccr tanks.
