I have two new vinyl coated ungalvanized steel 72's and am looking for some info on how to cold galvanize them as far as what to use and if any special prep is needed. Thanks

I actually got them done but would never do it again.I scraped all the vinyl off by hand with razor blades. Many hours and razor blades later i hand sanded them. I coated them with several coats of ZRC cold galvanizing compound.So far they have help up great and had them O2 cleaned and VIP'd with no problems.Thanks for the link
