Hello Scuba Board. I’m looking for some input on underwater video lighting. Here is my setup… I am shooting stills with an Intova IC12 with Fantasea Remora Strobe. On the same Ikelite bar I’m mounting a Kodak Zi8 in an Ikelite housing to do video. The Kodak does have a 1/2.5 Cmos so it should perform a little better in lower light. However, I am considering adding on additional lighting for video. All diving is daytime with depths from 20-100feet. I don’t want to spend more than $100 on lighting (less if I can). I am considering 1 or 2 Ikelite Mini C, or 1 or 2 Suprema U-Beam 44 LED (was also Fantasea LED44). I know there are others out there. I would especially appreciate input from anyone using the Kodak Zi8 and lighting.
