Lost GoPro Hero7 Black on a Smatree brand selfie stick. Weather was choppy and we had to ditch gear in the water, hadn't noticed that my lanyard had failed (I'd rescued someone's dropped mask so had a ridiculous bunch of stuff in my hands when I boarded and in all the post-dive excitement I didn't notice I was missing a pretty significant component.)
