You did good. :D

The last dive I did, we had perhaps 6" of viz on our safety stop, meaning i couldnt see my buddy. But as we were ascending and the viz was getting worse and worse, we just held eachother's hands so we wouldnt lose eachother in the wonderful 6" viz we had in the shallows. so even though we couldn't really see eachother, we still new the other was right there and still doing ok, because we had touch contact. perhaps that's something to consider for next time?

but kudos for keeping a clear head in a non-familiar situation. :)
