It says valve included. . And the tank mount. I put up a picture of it. I don’t know the cf. it’s about 24 inches tall. Lasts about 20 minutes at 100 ft if you are a good diver

Correction. My bad. I thought it was Luxfer. I now recall it may be XS Scuba. Not Luxfer . That’s why the nomenclature is XS-13. For XS scuba
