I am looking for opinions good or bad on a couple of knives. I can't seem to make up my mind between the Cressi Scorpion and the Scubapro Mako.

Neither. Both are overpriced and not as useful as an EEZYCut Trilobite, Dalton Safety Knife, or set of trauma shears.
This is the Dalton Safety knife Dalton Safety Knife w/sheath
You can make a whole mess of them by going to the dollar store, buy a pack of wooden handled steak knives, blunt the tips and make a sheath from some excess webbing or a mini mag lite sheath is just about a perfect fit.
The SP and Cressi knives are both stainless which is a PIA to sharpen and doesn't really hold an edge well.
The days of big knives are gone. They actually are more of a hazard in some cases than a help.
I carry all three of the aforementioned tools. The EEZYCut resides on my computer strap and on my harness. The Shears in a thigh pocket or front mounted pouch, the knife on my waist strap or in a sheath on my pouch.
If I need something bigger for prying I have a titanium crowbar and a stainless 2lb sledge with a chisel.
