I've dived most of the exumas and eleuthera, and have never seen any. Plenty of regular rays and southern stingrays though.

Occasionally there will be reports of one being seen, but these sightings are pretty rare and random.
If Mantas are what you want to see, then the Bahamas are not the ideal location and there are far better places to go where your odds of seeing Mantas will be dramatically higher.
