Mared SLS Pocket Jammed

I've been using the Mares Quantum now for just a month and a half. I just found out that my SLS pocket is jammed and I cant get it open. When I tried to pull it out, the pocket handle comes loose (LOL?)

Did anyone face this similar issue? Is there a fix to it?

Using mine for 3,5y now and did not have this problem before.
Bring it in towards the lds and let them solve it or at least email/call them?

Mares replaced te handles last year for shorter ones and it was a very quick exchange. Can’t look at mine as I’m abroad at the moment.
