Mares Wetsuit Repairs

Hi.

I have a mares 6.5mm isotherm wetsuit, the old style in the red colour and it needs some repairs but im having a hard time finding someone to repair it.
The neck seal is ripped about 1 inch in length from the top, and there are a few loose stitches which keep getting snagged.

Does anyone know if i have to send it back to Mares, or know of a repairs store in either New York City or Las Vegas.
