Scuba Sciences is bringing Marty Snyderman to Phoenix, AZ for a slideshow and an underwater photography course the weekend of December 6-7, 2008. Here are some details:

Digital Underwater Slideshow, December 6, 2008 7-8:30 pm
Join us for a great evening of friends, snacks and a digital underwater slideshow from world-renown Marine Photographer, Marty Snyderman.

You have seen Marty's work in television specials, IMAX movies, numerous marine life books and DVDs, now you can enjoy it up close and personal.

Admission is only $10 per person and will include the Digital Underwater Slideshow, snacks and drinks, question and answer session and autographs.

Underwater Photography Course, December 7, 2008 10-4 pm

This rare opportunity to take an underwater photography course from one of the leading underwater photographer and cinematographers in the world. Marty will share his secrets for interacting and photographing animals in the ocean. Here is a brief description of the course:

• Introduction - help students get the most out of their diving and photography
• Look at the variety of images created with different camera systems
• Photo equipment fundamentals
• Photographing reef creatures, sharks, dive buddies, etc.
• Composition, getting good exposures, introduction to photoshop and more

The U/W Photography Course package is $250 per person and includes:

• 6.0 Megapixel camera with underwater housing
• Admission to the Slideshow Saturday, December 6th
• Photo Course w/Marty Snyderman December 7th (lunch, snacks and beverages
• SSI Digital Photo Course in February, 2009
